Austin

Austin is an active duty Marine, currently serving as a Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Instructor at the Naval SERE-C School in Kittery, Maine. He has been active for 7 years. Prior to his instructor billet, he served as an Assault Section leader in 2D Bn 3D Marines, a Scout Sniper Assistant Team Leader in 3D Bn 6th Mar, and the Chief Scout Sniper at 1st BN, 2D Mar. He has attended the Advanced Assaultman’s Course where he learned explosive, ballistic, and mechanical breaching techniques. He has also attended the Scout Sniper Basic Course, the Mountain Scout Sniper course, and the Scout Sniper Unit Leader’s course.
